ROASTED GREEN BEANS WITH CHILI BREAD CRUMBS AND FETA

Ingredients

1/4 cup Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 tsp ancho chili powder or Longo’s Essentials Chili Powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

750g fresh green beans, trimmed 3/4 cup Longo’s Panko Bread Crumbs 1 cup crumbled Longo’s Feta Cheese

Directions

Whisk together oil, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add green beans; toss until well coated. Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet lined with Longo’s Essentials Aluminum Foil.Bake in centre of preheated 425°F oven for 10 minutes. Stir in bread crumbs. Roast for 10 more minutes or until crumbs are golden and beans are blistered. Sprinkle with feta. Return to oven for 2 minutes or until feta is heated through.
