Ingredients


2 scoops Longo’s Pistachio Ice Cream (about 1 cup)

2 shots espresso coffee, hot (about 1/3 cup)

2 tbsp Longo’s Pistachios, shelled and chopped

Directions

Divide ice cream between 2 ice cream dishes or cappuccino cups.


Pour hot espresso overtop of each. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve immediately.



White Hot Chocolate Variation:


Instead of espresso, use hot white hot chocolate and pour over ice cream to serve.



Espresso Variation:


Substitute Longo’s Espresso Ice Cream for the pistachio ice cream and chocolate covered espresso beans for the pistachios.



Hot Chocolate Variation:


Substitute Longo’s Tiramisu Ice Cream for the pistachio ice cream, drizzle chocolate hazelnut spread overtop instead of the pistachios.



Caramel Variation:


Substitute Longo’s Torrone Ice Cream for the pistachio ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with toffee bits instead of the pistachios.
