Ingredients
1/3 cup Longo’s 100% All Natural Smooth Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Longo’s Pure Maple Syrup
2 tbsp water
1 large banana, sliced and divided
3 cups thick Greek plain or vanilla yogourt, divided
1 1/2 cups Longo’s Coconut Hemp or Maple Almond Granola, divided
Half a 300g pkg each Longo’s Fresh Cut Pineapple and Longo’s Fresh Cut Strawberries, divided
Directions
Warm peanut butter with maple syrup and water in the microwave for 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
Divide banana between 4 pint jars; top each with 1/4 cup yogourt, 2 tbsp granola and a rounded teaspoon of maple-peanut butter mixture. Repeat layers of fruit, granola and maple-peanut mixture twice, using pineapple followed by strawberries instead of bananas for the second and third layers. Serve immediately.
