MAPLE CHILI BUTTER FOR LOBSTER

Ingredients
1 cup Longo’s Country Churned Salted Butter (2 sticks)
2 tbsp Longo’s Maple Syrup
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Longo’s Curato Crushed Hot Chili Pepper Spread (or more to taste)
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint, basil or parsley
Lemon wedges
Directions
In small, grill-proof saucepan, melt butter with maple syrup, lemon juice and chili pepper spread on preheated medium grill for about 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from heat; keep warm until ready to serve.
(Alternatively, recipe can be prepared on a side burner or stovetop over medium-low heat.)
Stir in mint just before portioning into individual serving bowls. Serve lobster with Maple Chili Butter and lemon wedges
