MAPLE CHERRY DUTCH BABY

Ingredients

2 tbsp Longo’s Essentials Country Churned Butter, Salted

3 large Longo’s Enriched Coop Eggs

1/2 cup Longo’s Organic All Purpose Flour

1/2 cup milk

2 tbsp granulated sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla

Maple Cherries:

2 cups halved, pitted fresh cherries 1/4 cup Longo’s Maple Syrup

2 tbsp chopped Longo’s Pecans

2 tsp icing sugar (optional) Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

Maple Cherries: Stir together cherries, maple syrup and pecans; set aside.

Melt butter in cast iron skillet over medium heat. Whisk eggs, flour, milk, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Pour into hot skillet. Bake in preheated 400°F oven for about 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Spoon cherry mixture into Dutch Baby and sprinkle with icing sugar, if using. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream, if using.
