Ingredients
2 slices Longo’s Sourdough Bread (3/4-inch-thick slices)
1 tbsp Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise
2 Longo’s Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices
1/4 cup Longo’s Baby Spinach
1/4 cup Longo’s Sliced Roasted Red Peppers, patted dry
Pinch salt and pepper
Directions
Spread one side of both slices of bread with Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add one slice of bread, mayonnaise side down. Add 1 cheese slice, spinach and peppers; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with remaining cheese slice and bread slice, mayonnaise side up.
Cook until lightly browned on bottom. Flip sandwich and cook on other side until cheese is melted and bread is browned.
