Ingredients

1 lemon

1/2 cup Longo’s Balsamic Salad Dressing

1 tsp Longo’s Essentials Oregano Leaves

4 fresh Longo’s Beef Kabobs

1 tub (955g) Longo’s Family Size Greek Salad

Directions

Zest lemon and place 1/2 tsp into large shallow dish. Add salad dressing — reserving some of the dressing to toss the salad — oregano, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. Place kabobs in dish and turn each to coat well.Cut lemon into wedges; set aside. Toss Greek salad with prepared dressing.Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly spray grill with Longo’s 100% Canola Cooking Spray. Grill kabobs, turning occasionally, for about 8 minutes or until thermometer registers 140°F for medium-rare.Divide salad among plates and top each with a kabob and a lemon wedge to serve. Squeeze lemon wedge over beef to enjoy, if desired.
