FROZEN YOGOURT BARK

Ingredients
2 cups Astro Original Balkan 2% Plain Yogourt
1/4 cup Longo’s Honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Longo’s Essentials Lemon Juice
Pinch salt
1/2 cup quartered strawberries or chopped peaches
1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries
2 tbsp Longo’s Sliced Almonds, toasted
Directions
In large bowl, whisk together yogourt, honey, vanilla, lemon juice and salt.
Spread mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with Longo’s Essentials Parchment Paper.
Sprinkle strawberries, blueberries and almonds overtop. Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until firm. Break into pieces. (Make- ahead: Pieces can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.)
Variation: Change up the flavour of the bark and use your favourite fruit and nut combinations or substitute 1 1/4 cups of Longo’s Granola (there are a variety to choose from) for the fruit and nuts.
