CRISPY HONEY MUSTARD BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Ingredients
250g sliced bacon (optional)
3lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
1/4 cup Longo’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 tbsp Longo’s Liquid Honey
2 tbsp Longo’s Dijon Mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
Directions
Place bacon, if using, in a single layer on baking sheet lined with Longo’s Essential Foil. Roast in preheated 400°F oven for about 18 minutes or until crispy. Remove to plate lined with paper towels to drain. Increase oven heat to 425°F.
Place Brussels sprouts in large bowl. Whisk together oil, honey, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over Brussels sprouts, tossing until well coated. Pour off any fat from foil-lined baking sheet. Arrange Brussels sprouts in single layer on same foil-lined pan.
Roast Brussels sprouts for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned and crispy. Crumble bacon and stir into vegetables before serving.
