CRANBERRY MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients
2 tsp Longo’s 100% Pure Canola Oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 can (348mL) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup each Longo’s Dijon Mustard and whole grain mustard
2 tbsp Longo’s Honey
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Directions
Heat oil in small skillet over medium-low heat. Cook onion for about 5 minutes or until softened; stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute; remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Combine cranberry sauce, both mustards, honey, salt and pepper in blender. Add onion mixture and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
