CHRISTMAS VACATION MARGARITA

Ingredients

1/4 cup blood orange juice

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Pinch Longo’s Ground Cinnamon

1 tsp blue agave syrup

Ice

1/4 cup lemon-lime carbonated beverage (such as Sprite)

Longo’s Cinnamon Stick, for garnish

1 round slice blood orange (optional)

Directions

Add blood orange and lime juices and ground cinnamon to a drink shaker. Briefly stir in agave syrup until the spoon is clean. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into glass then add lemon-lime carbonated beverage.

Garnish with cinnamon stick and blood orange wheel (optional).

A Dash of Advice

To create a spiked variation, add in 2 tbsp gold tequila.Shaking the ingredients with ice will not only chill the beverage and mix all the ingredients effectively, it will also activate the citrus flavour to its fullest. Using fresh juice is also preferred, as it produces the best-quality taste
