Whisk sugar and cocoa until well combined in saucepan set over medium-low heat. Whisk in coffee, milk and chocolate hazelnut spread. Gently warm for 8 minutes or until steaming.Microwave a few spoonfuls of additional chocolate hazelnut spread in heatproof bowl for 20 to 30 seconds or until fluid.Divide coffee mixture between mugs. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with the warm spread.
