Ingredients
1/2 cup Longo’s 100% All Natural Smooth Almond Butter
1/3 cup Longo’s Essentials Country Churned Salted Butter, softened
1/3 cup Longo’s Honey
1 large Longo’s Enriched Coop Egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups Longo’s Lemon Blueberry Granola
3/4 cup Longo’s Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup Longo’s Raw Almonds, chopped
Directions
Using an electric mixer, beat almond butter and butter in bowl until creamy. Beat in honey, egg, vanilla, baking soda and baking powder until smooth.
Stir in granola, flour and almonds until well combined. Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets lined with Longo’s Essentials Parchment Paper.
Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown on bottom. Let cool completely.
