TURTLES EGGNOG FUDGE

Ingredients

2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 cup Longo’s Unsalted Butter

3/4 cup Longo’s Organic Eggnog

Pinch salt

10 oz white chocolate, chopped

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1 jar (7oz) marshmallow creme

1 tsp rum extract

12 Turtles

Directions

Line an 8-inch square pan with Longo’s parchment paper; set aside.


Bring sugar, butter, eggnog and salt to a rolling boil over medium heat in saucepan, stirring constantly. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate and nutmeg until melted and smooth. Add marshmallow creme and rum extract; stir until well blended. Stir in Turtles and pour into prepared pan. Let stand at room temperature for about 2 hours or until cooled. Refrigerate overnight or until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
