PEAR CHIP BLONDIES

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Longo’s Organic All Purpose Flour |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/4 tsp salt |
3/4 cup Longo’s Essentials Country Churned Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled |
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar |
2 Longo’s Large Enriched Coop Eggs |
1 tbsp vanilla |
1 cup chopped pear chips (see 'Pear Chip' recipe) |
1/2 cup coarsely chopped Longo’s Pecans |
1/2 cup each semisweet and white chocolate chips |
Directions
In bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In separate bowl, whisk together butter and sugar until well combined. Whisk in eggs, one at a time. Whisk in vanilla. Pour over flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in pear chips, pecans and both chocolate chips.
Scrape mixture into 13 x 9-inch metal cake pan lined with Longo’s Parchment Paper, spreading to fit pan. Bake in centre of preheated 350°F oven for about 25 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool in pan on rack.
