Ingredients
1 pkg (600g) Longo’s Certified Angus Beef Original Meatballs
1 can (540mL) Longo’s Essentials Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (540mL) Longo’s Essentials Petite Cut Tomatoes with Garlic & Olive Oil
1/2 cup crumbled Longo’s Feta Cheese
1 pkg (405g) frozen Longo’s Garlic Rolls
Directions
Heat 1 tbsp Longo’s Mediterranean Extra Virgin Olive Oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown meatballs all over and reduce heat to medium. Add beans and tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Simmer, turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until meatballs are no longer pink inside and sauce is thickened. Sprinkle cheese all over.
Meanwhile, remove tray of rolls from packaging and remove paper covering from top of rolls. Place tray on baking sheet in preheated 375°F oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until garlic spread is melted and crust is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving with meatballs.
