Turn your weekly bunch of carrots into a free birthday cake. Longo’s Thank You Rewards is your way of earning points on your purchases to use towards future discounts. It is free to participate in and it’s easy. The more you shop, the more you earn and save.

  • With every $25 spent on groceries Monday to Sunday, you will earn 25 points.
  • You can redeem your points once you’ve accumulated at least 2,000 points.

You can pick up a Longo's Thank You Rewards card at any Longo's location. With physical card in hand, activate your Thank You Rewards card by signing up for Thank You Rewards online.

If you’re unable to visit a Longo’s store to pick up a card, sign up for Longo’s Thank You Rewards online, and we’ll assign a digital card to you in your account. You’ll also receive an email containing your digital card number. Now all you have to do is start shopping!

With every $25 spent on groceries each week, Monday to Sunday, you will earn 50 points. While shopping, keep an eye out for special products that will earn you Thank You Rewards Bonus Points. If you have a Rewards number registered in your Longo's delivered by Grocery Gateway account, the Thank You Rewards earned on each purchase will be noted during checkout and on your final invoice.
 
Your points will automatically be accumulated in the My Thank You Rewards section of your account. To check your Longo's Thank You Rewards point balance, sign in to Longo's delivered by Grocery Gateway, select "My Account" at the top of the website and review the "My Thank You Rewards" section for information about your rewards card and balance.
 
During checkout, you'll be given the opportunity to redeem your Longo's Thank You Rewards once you've accumulated at least 2,200 points. Simply select the redemption level you would like to apply to your purchase, and your purchase total will be adjusted.

Base Points are the number of Thank You Rewards points you have earned based on your order total. Bonus Points are Thank You Rewards points that are awarded with the purchase of particular products in addition to Base Points during promotions. For example, we may offer 200 Bonus Points with the purchase of a particular Longo’s product. If you purchase that product, you will receive your Base Points plus an additional 200 Bonus Points.

You can earn points faster by taking advantage of our Online Specials, in-store flyer, and Bonus Points offers. As a Thank You Rewards Member, you’ll also receive exclusive offers to your email when you opt-in to receive emails at the time of creating your Longo’s account.

To check your Longo’s Thank You Rewards point balance, sign in to Longo's account, select “My Account”, then "Edit Account" at the top of the website and review the “My Thank You Rewards” section for information about your rewards card and point balance.

Your Longo’s Thank You Rewards points can only be redeemed within your own Longo’s delivered by Grocery Gateway account. You can only have one Longo’s Thank You Rewards card registered in your account.

You can pick up a card at any Longo’s location. With physical card in hand, activate your Thank You Rewards card by signing up for Thank You Rewards online. Once your card is activated, simply scan your card at checkout to earn points in-store.

Whether your card is lost or damaged, replacing your Thank You Rewards card is easy, just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Visit your local Longo’s and pick up a replacement Thank You Rewards card.  
  2. With replacement card in-hand, visit and sign in to Longos.com.  
  3. At the top of the website, select My Account
  4. Select My Thank You Rewards
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Replace Card
  6. Enter your new card number and, if applicable, your PIN. 
  7. Select Submit to replace your card. 

Card Lock is a Thank You Rewards feature that allows you to, at any time, ‘lock’ your card, preventing your Thank You Rewards points and credit from being redeemed without your consent.

To lock your card, follow the steps below. 

  1. Sign in to longos.com
  2. Navigate to My Account
  3. Select My Thank You Rewards
  4. In the My Card & Points section, toggle on Lock Card

Plus, when you activate Lock Card, all cards linked to the same rewards card number will also be locked automatically.

Locking your card is the simplest way to keep your hard-earned rewards points safe and sound. Whether you’re trying to prevent a family member from cashing in on your points and credit or you’ve misplaced your card, locking it prevents anyone from tapping into your rewards.
